Every jar of Shea Macoca is poured by hand, in small batches, from unrefined Nigerian shea whipped with mango butter, coconut oil and castor oil. We keep the record of each one. Open your jar in the Okwuma app and it will tell you the day it was poured and what went into it, down to the oils and the people we buy them from. Most skincare asks you to take “small batch” on trust. Ours can show you the batch. That record is also how 18% of every purchase reaches the women whose work this is built on, because we can trace what we bought, from whom, and what it became.
